Venue Ordering

Ordering Notice

Last Updated: July 23, 2026 This notice applies to guests placing an order through a QR code powered by Jumpd. It’s short on purpose — for the full picture, see our Privacy Policy and Cookie Disclaimer. Who’s Collecting This The order form you’re using is provided by Old Route 9 LLC (“Jumpd”) on behalf of the venue you’re ordering from (“the venue”). Jumpd operates the platform; the venue is who your order, and your information, ultimately belongs to. What We Collect Placing an order: we collect the items you select and an optional notes field. We don’t ask for your name or contact information to place an order. Requesting HR or IT help: the same page also lets you submit an HR or IT request. That form collects a description of the issue and, optionally, your name — name is never required. Both flows use a temporary session identifier to keep your submission connected to your session while you’re on the page. Why We Collect It To take and fulfill your order, and to let the venue manage and fulfill orders through the Services. We don’t use this information for advertising, and we don’t sell it. Cookies Ordering uses a single strictly necessary session cookie to keep your order session active. It expires automatically after 2 hours or when your session ends. See our Cookie Disclaimer for details. Who Sees It The venue you’re ordering from can see your order information as part of running the Services. Jumpd processes it on the venue’s behalf and does not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the platform (e.g., hosting). How Long We Keep It Order data is retained for 5 years by default. The venue you’re ordering from can request that this period be extended or shortened for their account. HR and IT request data is also retained for 5 years. Questions Contact the venue directly for questions about your specific order, or reach Jumpd at [email protected].
